KB0201: Why is my fixed layout book jumbled when uploaded to a Kobo eInk device?

When uploading (sideloading) a fixed layout Epub onto a Kobo eInk device such as the Kobo Aura H2O, you may see misaligned and overlaid text and images.

To fix this, ensure the extension of the book file is .fxl.kepub.epub, which triggers the Kobo WebKit.

You can change this in Jutoh by editing your configuration and changing the Book file name option from %FILENAME% to %FILENAME%.fxl.kepub.epub. Now when you use the Upload button to transfer the book via USB, the fixed layout book will render properly.
