KB0054: Where should I put page breaks?

Page breaks happen automatically between sections, so usually there's no need to add them. But you can add them if you like, by using Format | Insert | Page Break (and the same command to remove them).

If you are using a lot of page breaks, it might indicate that you need to split your book into more sections.
