Amazon Kindle and Apple Books require that you choose between a reflowable (normal) ebook and a fixed layout book. So if you mix these documents in a Jutoh project, you will get this warning:
WARNING (Jutoh): a project cannot have both fixed layout and reflowable sections.
You need to delete documents of one kind or another (book section documents, or fixed layout pages).
However, Epub 3 does in theory allow a mixture of fixed layout and reflowable content. So if you know that the ereaders that people will use to read your book is compatible, and you really need to mix types of content, you can check the configuration option Allow reflowable and fixed layout, and Jutoh will no longer complain.
