KB0184: Why is Jutoh still generating a table of contents when I thought I had disabled it?

If you have disabled automatic generation of the table of contents when compiling, and the contents page is still being regenerated, the chances are that you have more than one table of contents. Go to Project Properties/Indexes/Contents and click on the drop-down list of tables. Select and delete any you don't want.
