Advanced preferences in the Jutoh manual

In short: on Mac, yes, and on Windows and Linux, in some situations.

On Windows and Linux, if you start Jutoh on one display, and move windows to another display with different scaling, this may result in inappropriate user interface sizing. So in this case, it is better to keep Jutoh to a single display, or set the scaling to the same value on each display.

On Mac, Jutoh defaults to creating bitmaps with extra detail only when the main display is set to retina scaling. This means that if you are dragging windows between monitors with different scaling, some graphics may appear blurry on the retina display. To fix this, go to Preferences/Advanced and set Retina display support to Always. When you restart Jutoh, it will use high-resolution bitmaps whatever the display scaling, which means graphics will be acceptable on all of your displays. However, you may notice that on a non-retina display, bitmaps are slightly less clear because the operating system is scaling the detailed bitmaps down to the display resolution.

If you remove or change a display, you will need to restart Jutoh since that will cause Jutoh to reset any stored window positions that are now off-screen.
