KB0200: Why do I get an ITMS-9000 error when uploading my Epub to Apple?

When uploading your Epub file to Apple, you may get an iTunes Producer error similar to the following:

ERROR ITMS-9000: "Book.epub: contains the following file(s) that are not listed in the OPF manifest: Book.epub:/iTunesMetadata-original.plist. All files must be listed in the OPF manifest."

This means that you previewed the Epub, causing iTunes to insert an extra file. If you need to preview the book, make sure you compile it again before uploading the file.
