KB0315: My images do not have the effects I applied in Word or other word processor

You used word processor tools that apply effects, but don't change the underlying image. Unfortunately Jutoh doesn't interpret these effects, so you see the original image. Such effects include showing as greyscale, or rotation. You need to edit the images in an application and apply the effect, and paste it back again (either into Word for reimporting, or directly into Jutoh).

So you could do this:

  1. Right-click (or control-click on Mac) on the image in Jutoh, and click Copy.

  2. Paste it into an image-editing application and apply the effect (such as greyscale or rotation). Copy it to the clipboard.

  3. Click on the image in Jutoh and click the Paste button.

This will preserve other image attributes such as requested size, floating mode, name etc.
