KB0359: Why does Jutoh warn me that 'TOC Entry' styles are used outside of the table of contents?

When compiling your project, you may see tips like this:

TIP (Jutoh): the paragraph style 'TOC Entry 1' was used outside of the table of contents in document 'Chapter 1'.

'TOC Entry' styles are intended for use within the contents page only. If you use this style for a heading in other sections, and then build an advanced table of contents that looks for 'TOC Entry' styles in order to extract headings, Jutoh will erroneously extract headings from the previously-built TOC as well as the chapter headings.

So, use other styles for headings, such as 'Heading 1'.

If you are in fact only using these styles in the TOC, then the TOC section may not be marked as such. To remove the warning, right-click (or control-click on Mac) over the TOC section in the project outline, click Properties, and set the Guide type to toc.
