KB0015: The cover image doesn't scale properly

Jutoh generates the cover and appropriate code to allow readers to scale the image.If only part of the cover is showing in Adobe Digital Editions, for example, it is likely that you have imported an Epub project and an explicit section with the "cover" guide type is present. Delete this section (and any link to it from the table of contents) and let Jutoh generate the cover.
