Creating OpenDocument files for print and PDF in the Jutoh manual

Jutoh doesn't export to PDF directly, but it's fairly easy to accomplish. Download a copy of LibreOffice if you don't have it (or OpenOffice) already; select the OpenDocument configuration type in your project and press compile to create and ODT file. Now open the ODT file in LibreOffice Writer and choose File | Export as PDF.

If you have used consistent heading styles in your document, such as "Heading 1" for level 1 headings, "Heading 2" for level 2 headings, and so on, with the Outline attribute correctly set, a viewer such as Adobe Digital Editions should automatically show your PDF with a table of contents similar to an Epub table of contents.
