KB0219: Jutoh is telling me about a corrupt object or old formatting

You may (very rarely) see these messages:

ERROR (Jutoh): a corrupt object was found. Please click on the object, or run Formatting Cleanup with 'Remove old formatting' checked.

WARNING (Jutoh): old formatting was found. Please run Formatting Cleanup with 'Remove old formatting' checked.

This means that remnants of old (Jutoh 1) formatting have been detected; sometimes this is harmless, but sometimes it can cause bookmarks not to be generated correctly.

To fix it, for corrupt objects, double-click on the error message to go to the relevant paragraph, and click on the affected text. You will be given the opportunity to fix the corrupt object. Or, you can use Format | Book | Formatting Cleanup to clean up all the old formatting and corrupt objects in the project. If you're still getting missing bookmark errors after this, rebuild the table of contents or insert appropriate bookmarks.
