KB0428: Why does Jutoh add bookmarks called auto_bookmark_toc_top to the top of sections?

When generating Kindle files using a simple (not advanced) table of contents, Jutoh inserts special bookmarks called "auto_bookmark_toc_top" at the top of each section. This works around a Kindle bug whereby the first entry in the navigation map goes to the cover, instead of the actual target section, unless there is a bookmark to go to.

To remove these bookmarks, create an advanced table of contents via Format | Book | Build Table of Contents.
